Privacy policy

This page explains what information kingletco.com collects and what we do with it. The site is run by Chris Braamse, doing business as Kinglet & Co. ("we" or "us").
What we collect
The only personal information the site collects is what you type into the contact form:
- your name and your business name
- your current website
- your email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- what you want help with, and your message
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.
We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools, and the site itself doesn't set cookies.
Why we collect it
We use it to reply to you, to prepare the review or homepage concept you asked for, and, if we work together, to run the project.
Where it is stored
Netlify hosts this site and runs the contact form. Netlify stores each form submission and emails a copy to Chris. Like any web host, Netlify also receives basic technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address and browser type.
Our email runs on Google Workspace, so form notifications and any emails you send us are stored by Google.

Fonts from Google
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
Text alerts
The site includes a feature that can text Chris a short summary of each new form submission through the texting service Twilio. It is turned off. If we turn it on, we will update this page first.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or use it to target ads. We share it only with the service providers named on this page, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails while they are useful for our conversation or a project, and as business records after that. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Asking us to delete your information
Email chris@kingletco.com and ask us to delete your information. We will delete your form submissions from Netlify and your emails from our inbox, and tell you when it is done. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
